Tryouts for the 2008 Team
Tryouts for the Reign '93, 2008 (U15) White and Purple teams have concluded. Individual players interested in playing for Reign '93 White, should contact Coach Aaron Howe directly. Tryouts for the 2009 team (U16) will be take palce on or after May 16, 2009. Times and locations TBD.
The purpose of tryouts is to select the best players available each year. All players, including returning players, must participate in the tryout process. Each season the coach may select up to 18 players total, but may select less at his/her discretion (most teams average 16 players). A minimum of eight players must return each year if the team chooses to retain its league standing, which is based on the previous year's performance.
Players must be born on or after August 1, 1993 to be eligible for a Reign '93 team, which will compete at the U-15 age level during the 2008/09 season. No previous select soccer experience is required, but some soccer experience is strongly recommended.
